✨ The purpose of this information is to is to welcome all of our NEW CUSTOMERS and let them know what we are all about, give our existing customers a refresher, and touch on some common FAQs— as well as a few “Karen” things 😂


We are so happy you’re here! The Belle Boutique Mart was born out of a ✨ NEED - a need we have experienced firsthand and know is widespread! As a boutique owner, one of the most frustrating things is buying cases and consistently having pieces leftover that are either sold at a loss or won’t move at all!

Maybe you need a beautiful sweater in just size M & size L, but you are forced to buy a 2/2/2/2 case and end up sitting on the other six pieces. Or, maybe you just want a run of S/M/L/1X/2X/3X but have to buy 1/1/2/2/2/2/2 to get it. Again, sitting on half of the pieces!!THAT’s your profit! Those extras that are sitting in inventory and won’t sell

That’s where we come in! You can order directly from us with ❌❌ NO MOQ’s! That means if you just need one piece, no worries! We’ve got you! Or, maybe your customers don’t buy size smalls. No problem! You don’t have to buy the smalls from us! Buy EXACTLY what you need and nothing more!

We also offer DROPSHIPPING! Two ways! Now, we absolutely love dropshipping through Synclogic (and will explain why), but we also offer “dropshipping the old fashioned way.”

Let’s talk about it!

With dropshipping, you never have to carry your inventory 🤩 🤩 ! Your inventory ships directly from our warehouse to your customer. We dropship discretely— meaning we do not include invoices or packing slips with any of our information. We use your return address on the shipping label, so the end consumer never has to know it was dropshipped! Or, you may choose to let your customers know their package is coming from a “partner warehouse,” but we will use your return address regardless. We package orders in cute + fun poly mailers with fun stickers on the package, as well as candy enclosed in the package. A personal touch!

So, the 2️⃣ ways to dropship! The first is through an app called Synclogic. Synclogic itself does have a subscription fee, but that allows you to sync up with multiple wholesale vendors that offer this option! We ourselves, The Belle Boutique Mart, do NOT charge fees/membership for dropshipping beyond the actual product and shipping. How does Synclogic work? We have a Synclogic code listed on our site. Enter this code into Synclogic to connect to our inventory! Once we approve, you will be able to migrate any/all of our wholesale inventory over to your store! 😍😍😍

This means that our photos, product names, product descriptions, and most importantly INVENTORY will migrate over to your website!! Gone are the days of running inventory and having to worry if the vendor will sell out before you can place your order! Your product inventory syncs with ours. When a size or product sells out, it will also become sold out on your site!
When a customer places an order with you, Synclogic will generate a draft order 🧾 from us to you. You’ll check out through our site, and use the customer’s shipping info in the shipping field and your return address in the billing field. It’s that simple!

If you do not use Synclogic, no problem! You can run products and then simply place your order on our website. For each dropshipped order 🚨 please place a different order with us - because you’ll manually enter your customer’s shipping information in the shipping field and your return address in the billing field.
We do 🌟🌟 HIGHLY recommend using Synclogic over running products the old fashioned way. We cannot guarantee products that were in stock when you began running will still be in stock when you’re ready to place your order. On the flip side, Synclogic will not allow your customers to order products that are out of stock, as it syncs with our inventory. 🚨 A note about Synclogic, though!! 🚨 We do suggest you pay your Synclogic orders ASAP, as if you let time lapse, you run the risk of items selling out between when your customer places the order and you pay us for the order

🗓 We post new arrivals every Monday night at approximately 8 pm Eastern time. These are posted on our Facebook group and go live on our website around the same time. New arrivals are READY TO SHIP. Sellouts on drop night are not uncommon, so stay tuned and order early!

Items are RTS unless they explicitly note “preorder” or “restocking” in the product title. All RTS orders will ship either same or next business day via USPS! Tracking numbers will be sent via email when shipping label is created.
⚠️ This one is for the Karens. IF your tracking number says “label created but not yet in system,” that likely means that the label has been printed and affixed to your package but either a) the post man has not picked up our packages for the day yet or b) the post man has picked the packages up but is not doing individual scans until he arrives back at the post office. 🤦🏼‍♀️

As far as shipping costs, we base those on geographic location and package weight. As y’all know, shipping costs have continued to rise, especially for something over 1 pound. I sometimes have questions of “is shipping really xxx cost for 1 item?” If the product is under 1 pound, it’s in the lowest shipping bracket. 1 lb and up goes to a new bracket. If you click on our “dropshipping info” page on our site and scroll down toward the bottom, we have shipping Infographics for zones/weight!


Another thanks to Karen 🤦🏼‍♀️ Think about our mission and why we are here. We do the behind the scenes legwork to research and procure products to create cute and eye-catching collections for you! We order & unpack the items. Inspect the items. Model them, name them, write descriptions, and set price points. We order the inventory, often in cases, and allow for NO MOQs, which means you can order any piece or pieces of inventory you need! All the legwork is done for you - especially if you choose to dropship!! We make it so that our dropshippers type our Sync code into their account and boom! They’re ready to sell without ever even having to touch inventory!!!!

All of these perks!! That’s what sets us apart!!

Now, this work in and of itself is like 4 full time jobs 😂 “Karen” seemed concerned that they saw the same item for sale by another wholesaler and asked me if it was the same item………

I can’t know for certain, but it’s quite possible - we don’t sit in our warehouse with a sewing machine making our clothing. We PROCURE COLLECTIONS for you

Meaning that another wholesaler (or wholesalers) probably do carry the same product 🤷🏼‍♀️ BUT, do they offer the benefits of Synclogic? No MOQs? Offering product ready to ship? Dropshipping? Personalized service? Just to name a few
Log on to FashionGo and you’ll see a given sweater 75 times from different vendors and you get to choose the vendor that best fits your needs 🤷🏼‍♀️

I highly, highly recommend Synclogic for this reason! We have hundreds of product styles READY TO SHIP on our website. While we do restock some of our products, it’s impossible for me to guarantee a restock on a specific product unless we have already ordered a restock and it’s on the way…

In the case of new arrivals that sell out super quickly, we will often place an immediate restock and *note this in the product title* with an estimated restock date in the description. We will usually also open these for a restock preorder.
But let’s say you ask “hey are you going to stock abcdefg tank top if it sells out??” I can’t definitively answer that. When I check my supplier’s stock today, I may be able to reorder - but I don’t need to yet because we still have ample stock. But, let’s say a week from now, everyone goes crazy over abcdefg tank top and I see I need to restock. I may check with my supplier and find that they are also out of stock…

Or, maybe there’s a specific product that, once sold out, is reaching the end of its product life cycle with The Belle Boutique Mart and won’t restock for that reason.

IF you use Synclogic, you won’t have to worry about whether something is going to restock because inventory syncs! If you are worried about whether something will restock and are running items the old-fashioned way, I would recommend doing VERY short runs (like a few hours) and then placing an immediate order with us to help guarantee availability. Also give a disclaimer to your customers about availability and that you’ll issue a refund if product isn’t available. This helps cover you!

Our warehouse is located in Southeast Georgia! Many of our customers are within a 1 day ship range of us— I’ve never seen a customer beyond a 3 day ship range (granted, there could be USPS delays, but I’ve never seen beyond 3 days on a label!)

Because of the wholesale nature of our business, we do not accept returns on products. It’s not like retail where you’re the end user who may try it on and not fit— when you (and I!!) order items, we are taking an educated gamble on whether or not they’ll sell. Now— speaking of end user, you are responsible for coordinating returns/exchanges with your end customers.

No returns - if your customer needs an item exchanged, please simply place another order with us for the size they do need and have them mail their original package back to YOU. The exchanged item will become a part of your inventory and you can have it as a RTS item. We will just ship the ordered replacement out to your customer. How you handle shipping costs with your customer is up to you.

This cuts out on a LOT of confusion by not having us as an “extra hand” in your end transactions. Believe us, we have tried several methods until we found what works! If your customer ships back to us, then they know the item didn’t come straight from you… then, you’re wondering if they’ve mailed it and if it’s arrived… and if it arrives back to us damaged, then we have to get photos to you and then you get them back to the customer… it’s just more convoluted with a third party!

IF an item does not arrive, please email us with the order number & tracking number. With USPS, we cannot file a claim until 15 business days after the item was picked up. At the 15 business day mark, If tracking shows that the package is still lost, we can provide you with a refund and file a USPS claim for you.
We double-inspect items when they arrive to our warehouse, but we are still human and mistakes can happen. If you receive an item with damage/defect, please notify us via email within 36 HOURS of receiving your package. On a case by case basis, we may ask you to return the item or may be able to issue a refund outright.

Like I said, mistakes happen! On occasion, an out of stock item may be included in your order. In the case of out of stock items, we will refund you for the item & you’ll be able to see which item it is by logging into your account on our site and viewing the order. Once the package ships, you’ll be able to see the items that are included in the package. If you do receive a refund notification and can’t figure out why, please check with us via email!
We saw a major need & benefit in adding the DESTASH COLLECTION!! It has a separate Synclogic code, so you can choose whether or not you'd like to sync these items over. In the destash collection, you'll find items listed at below wholesale.

You'll find the wholesale price in the "compare-at price" section for each product. The discounted destash price will be reflected as price. Syncing to this destash collection is a GREAT way to offer your customers sale prices on "limited quantities / retiring / last chance / last ones" items. We'll be constantly adding to this section (not just on Mondays) to keep it fresh.

We typically answer very quickly, particularly to Facebook messages. But, please allow 48 hours for responses. Again, Karen’s 😂 I’ve received Facebook messages while I sleep and wake up to a comment while I’m drinking my coffee the next morning that says “check your PMs please!!!!” We value your questions and will get back with you as soon as we can! But again, we are human and do sleep 😂

Here, you'll find everything you need to know about dropshipping!

First, what is dropshipping??
With dropshipping, the wholesale vendor ships directly to your retail customer! You do not have to carry product inventory -- only place the wholesale order & the vendor will ship directly to your customer!

We use Synclogic for dropshipping.
We do NOT encourage our customers to run items, as we cannot always guarantee availability (run at your own risk). If you do run items and place a drop-ship order with us, you'll order from The Belle Boutique Mart site, be SURE to log in under your account and use your business name for billing info (so we will know the return address), and use your customer's address as shipping address.

We had to give that little caveat! Now, back to Synclogic... this is by far the safest + simplest way to drop-ship. Using the code below, you will connect to our Synclogic channel, which will give you access to our product catalog! Our products will sync to your online store, where your customers can place orders. The orders will submit to us as a "draft," and Shopify will automatically send you an invoice from us, for your customer's item(s). Once you pay the invoice, we will begin processing the order & will ship it DIRECTLY to your customer! We use cute poly mailers, stickers, & include a prize or candy in each dropshipped package for a personal touch, and we use your shipping information as the return address label. This way, the item is dropshipped blindly.

Does Synclogic work through all web/POS platforms?

No, Synclogic will only work/sync if your website is created through SHOPIFY.

How do I find Synclogic on Shopify?

First, download the Synclogic app in the Shopify App Store, if you don't have it already. Go into the Synclogic app and click "subscribed connections."

Click "connect to one"
and enter our Synclogic code: W6KH839N

Some Synclogic tips when installing

Make sure the checkbox is checked next to "sync all fields when Synclogic creates new products." This will help ensure that vendors' new products are synced to your store when they upload, or shortly after.

Also, disable the "allow purchases when out of stock" field. This will prevent customers from being able to order out of stock items.

Make sure "inventory tracking" and "inventory quantity" are enabled (they should be by default).

Note: These are general suggestions for dropshipping. They will affect ALL connections with dropshippers, not just us, so be sure to make sure these settings work for you before changing!

How do I set prices in Synclogic?

NOTE: SEVENTY TIMES SEVEN REQUIRES THAT YOU SET RETAIL PRICES AS (AT LEAST) MSRP, WHICH IS DOUBLE THE WHOLESALE PRICE. Keep this in mind when setting your price transform tool on our channel.

Synclogic has a handy tool called price transform. You can type in the percentage markup you'd like to use, based on our wholesale prices. The standard price transform is 200%. For example, if our wholesale price is $15 and you set price transform at 200%, the product's price will set at $30 retail on your site. Note, you can use any percentage. We just use 200% as a rule, and for Seventy Times Seven products, you must use at least 200%.


How do I connect to you in Synclogic?

Once you enter the code and click "connect," your request will be sent to us for approval. Until approved, it will say "pending parent acceptance."

Please note that we CANNOT accept your Synclogic request until you have been accepted as a Seventy Times Seven retail partner. You can fill that application out here:


Once approved, Shopify will start the product sync!

PLEASE NOTE that depending on the number of products in the queue, it may take 1-24 hours for the full product sync to occur.

What happens when a customer places a dropshipped order?

When a customer places an order on your site for one of our synced products, a DRAFT order will be created with us. Our system automatically generates an invoice to you. Please pay invoices as soon as possible BECAUSE products are not deducted from our inventory UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. Please pay promptly to ensure we can fulfill your order. They are not "held" until paid by you.

How do you know what shipping info to use on dropshipped orders?

We will ship to the shipping address listed on your order. It is YOUR responsibility, before checking out on our site, to ensure that the customer shipping info you submit to us is correct.

Also, PLEASE put your boutique name and return address in the "billing field" when you check out. We will use this information on the return label for your package, so it appears to be shipped from you.

What about shipping costs?

We charge tiered shipping based on our shipping chart, which goes by geographic location and product weight.

It is YOUR responsibility to charge shipping costs to your customer up-front, so you can use their funds to pay shipping costs to us.

IF for some reason the shipping fails to auto-populate on our site and shipping is not charged, we will contact you via email & send a separate invoice for shipping. Order will not be complete until shipping costs are paid.

What if I want to dropship but don't want to use Synclogic?

Don't want to use Synclogic? No problem, we can still drop-ship the "old fashioned" way. Although we do HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Synclogic

Here's how to drop-ship the "old fashioned" way: when you check out on the Belle Boutique Mart site, just enter your customer's shipping information in the shipping field & your boutique name and return address in the billing field. PLEASE, PLEASE type "dropshipped order" in the notes field so we will know to update the return address to yours!!

How do you package dropshipped orders?

We take pride in our packaging and make it fun/enticing! We will omit the packing slip and any/all invoicing information. There will be no trace of prices & no trace of The Belle Boutique Mart inside your order or on the packaging!

We use cute & colorful poly mailers, place fun stickers on the outside of the package, and include candy/gum/some sort of treat inside the package in a cute candy bag.

We want your customers to feel special!

What is your shipping TAT?

Items that are listed as Ready to Ship will ship out within 1-2 business days.

If an item is listed as "preorder," the specific TAT (turnaround time) will be listed within the product description.

PLEASE NOTE! If you are placing an order with a combination of both preorder and ready to ship items, please place TWO separate orders! If all placed together, we will hold the ready to ship items until preorder items arrive and ship altogether.

Is there an order minimum?

There are no order minimums!!

What shipping carrier do you use?

We will ship items "the best way" depending on package size, weight, etc. Packages will either be shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be uploaded into Shopify and can be accessed through your wholesale dashboard on our site. Click on your order, and tracking information will appear once items are shipped.

Can orders be cancelled?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. No exceptions.

Do you offer returns on dropship orders?

Due to the nature of wholesale, we do NOT accept returns on wholesale items or dropship items.

Once purchased, the purchase is final. The only exception is if your customer receives a defective item.

In that case, we will replace the defective item with another piece of the same size/same style. If a duplicate is not available, we will provide you with a refund or store credit for that piece.

To begin the process for defective items, email us ASAP with a textual description of the defect, a photo of the defect, and order number. This will expedite the process.

What if my customer wants to exchange an item?

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for dropshipped items! If your customer needs an item exchanged, your best bet Is to simply place another order with us for the size/product they do need and have them mail their original package back to YOU. The exchanged item will now become a part of YOUR inventory and you can just have it as a ready to ship item. We will ship the ordered replacement out to your customer, but we will NOT accept the original item back.

How you handle shipping costs with your customer is up to you.

How you handle exchanges/returns is also up to you, this is just a suggestion. Just to be clear, again, we do not handle your returns or exchanges.

What if my customer receives a defective product?

We double-inspect items before shipping, but we are still human and mistakes can happen. If your customers receives an item with damage/defect, please notify us via email within 36 HOURS of them receiving the package. Please include a textual description of the defect, a photo, and the order number in your email. On a case by case basis, we may ask that the customer to return the item. Our first resort will be to ship an identical replacement item to your customer. If they are out of stock, we may issue you a refund.

How do I contact you?

We typically answer very quickly, via Facebook messages or email (best email address is shop.thebelleboutiquemart@gmail.com). But, please allow up to 48 hours for responses.
